Training is also a highly regarded management tool for achieving positive outcomes on our projects.

DGS is constantly in the process of developing our Quality Management System as it applies to training. The NSW Government guidelines for 'Training Management’ provide a significant influence to our training structure.

DGS provides avenues for external and in-house training for personnel. Employees are regularly encouraged to attend industry courses and seminars, enhanced with specific in-house training that allows intimate discussion of topics raised.

DGS often invites subcontractors to attend in-house training sessions considered to be of value to their particular circumstances. These sessions have proved very successful in passing on the benefit of our interpretation of current industry publications, regulations, updates etc.
