Sundin & Co. has enjoyed a committed and highly successful working relationship with the NSW Dept. of Commerce (formerly known as the NSW Dept. of Public Works & Services) for well over 30 years. During this period we have completed projects of all varying types of public buildings including Schools, Hospitals, Police Stations, Fire Stations, TAFE colleges and all manner of fit outs and refurbishments. Many specialist projects that we have been selected to undertake as a result of our unique experience in these fields include Historical buildings and Zoological exhibits.

Sundin & Co. is an Accredited & Pre-Qualificatied contractor within the Commerce scheme, and further has obtained the distinction of becoming a “Best Practice Contractor”, an elite scheme established by Commerce to allow contractor’s who have gone the ”extra yard” to be identified as the industry’s outstanding performers. We are familiar with and have a full understanding of the specific needs required of Government departments, as all levels, to achieve satisfactory results and statutory compliance.
