Killara Public School

This Design & Construction project for the Dept of Education included for the installation of three new ‘Modular Design Range’ buildings, the refurbishment of the existing administration building, the new covered pathways linking all buildings and external works incorporating extensive landscaping, including an irrigated playing field now make this local school a great education facility & place for the children and staff alike.

Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital Aged Care Refurbishment & New Aged Care Offices

Construction of new free-standing two storey Aged Care Offices, with elevated linkways connecting to the existing buildings together. As well Stage 2 incorporates the Refurbishment works of the existing Aged Care Hospital Unit. The project requires us to manage works while the Hospital remains in full operation and be sensitive to their requirements. Construction elements covers all new finishes and equipment together with specialist services for electrical and mechanical services.

Royal Life Saving Society Aquatic Training Academy – Seven Hills

DGS are proud to have been engaged to Design & Construct this brand new state-of-the-art Aquatic facility with two completely separate climate controlled indoor pool areas catering for instructor training, learn-to-swim, lap swimming and waterpolo. This unique centre will be a showcase for the local area and will rpovide the RLSSA with a centre that will provide training for the entire state of NSW. All the necessary extra options have been though about and included such as outdoor parking areas, spacious administration offices, training rooms and external areas. There is little doubt this prove to be very efficient centre for staff and participants.
