Methodology and Project Delivery


DGS’s systems, which have been well developed over many years, means that we can allow for a distinct and clear delivery method to suit each and every client. This is founded on the ability to provide a single package that incorporates all or any combination of the stages for tendering, negotiations, design, documentation, authority approvals, construction, commissioning, training and maintenance. Our Cost Managed System Design requires continuous monitoring of all elements in order that the all projects can be confidently tendered, (designed) and be constructed on time and on budget. This system starts in accordance with a developed and Client approved version of our tender Proposal. With a complete Design & Construction package option, this well managed "turnkey' approach provides our clients with the most cost effective project solution.

DGS's knows how to build a "team" to get your job done right. We have the required skills and access to the most experienced consultants in order that we can provide a group to be involved with the design, development and delivery of a wide range of building projects, but more especially a large number of major sports and aquatic developments. This experience provides our “team “with a thorough understanding of all the specialised building techniques and modern material selections that are required to best satisfy these unique project's requirements.

A methodology sequence chart will track each of the stages of the project. This chart shall also be linked to specific Method Statements that will reflect the required procedures and how they shall be best adapted for a specific project.

DGS is able to offer our clients a wide range of options when it comes to how they require their contracts to be initiated. We have the ability and are flexible enough to accommodate our client's choice of contract method. Projects undertaken generally have ranged in value from $300,000 to $10,000,000. Our projects and client's requirements have always varied and this has required us to adapt and complete them under many different forms of Contracts. This provides our clients with the flexibility to choose the preferred method to suit their project.
