Sundin and Co. (DGS) is an Australian family owned and operated business and is very proud to boast a successful history of over 50 years in the Building & Construction Industry, something most rare to find these days. This amount of experience is an extremely valuable asset, and one that we value greatly. DGS has become highly regarded for its detailed and personal service, for utilising a multi-discipline approach and for a demonstrated willingness to work in partnership with all our Clients. We have developed lines of communication that are specifically structured to be direct, expeditious and effective. While our Company is large enough to manage projects that have a contract value of up to around ten million dollars, our clients can always be certain of being provided with personal attention and detailed service that is sometimes quite difficult to extract from large corporate organisations.

Importantly, DGS has a proven and uncompromising commitment to Quality. To this end we have spent considerable time and finances implementing our own integrated ‘Quality Management System’, which incorporates management systems for Quality Assurance, Occupational Health and Safety and the Environment. We are also proud to advise that we are accredited with the NSW Dept of Commerce as one of their "Best Practice Contractors".

Our philosophy when acting as the Head Contractor or Construction Manager on our projects, is to unite with the "team members" - consultants, clients and subcontractors - to form a group with a common objective, that is to successfully complete a quality and functional project. DGS is able to provide our Clients with a “team” that has unique experience and skill in the review, design, documentation, construction and delivery of all types of facilities.

DGS offers a Cost Managed Construction System that is specifically designed (and proven) to satisfy the Client's objectives in a financially competent and responsible manner. In close partnership with the Client's representatives, this method of project procurement will engender optimum function, architectural quality, and 'buildability'. It is important to note that the Client's project team will be closely involved in our communication matrix. This involvement will span all stages of the project; from any initial briefings, to design elements & right through to the project's final commissioning.
