At DGS we take great pride in developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with all of our subcontractors and suppliers. Indeed, over many now years we have made many good friends and long term relationships with our “subbies” Regardless of whether they are a “one man band” or a substantial commercial enterprise we make every effort to treat and deal with them all with respect and in the same courteous and friendly manner. We try hard to ensure we set and keep up good positive levels of communication in both directions. During this time we have an established an extensive database of experienced subcontractors and suppliers from which to select which always allows us access to the most suitable and experienced people to undertake the each and every tak that comes to hand. New companies are welcome to register their interest with us as well and after evaluation they can be invited to Tender and price projects as they arise and as considered suitable. We have also fostered close working relationships with many subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that our clients benefit from the most competitive market prices.

Compliance with our Quality Systems. Subcontractors and Suppliers must comply with the DGS management systems including Quality, OHS, Environmental and training in particular on ALL projects. We encourage all trades to improve and implement these systems not only on our projects but for their own works as well. Our aim is to help promote and improve building management systems, especially to do with Safety, throughout the industry.
