At DGS, the right person gets to do the right job, not only out on the sites but also in our Head Office. Our Site managers, while they are usually hands-on builders, are also excellent managers of the necessary site administration procedures. Our office management team working very closely with site personnel to ensure a seamless flow of information and record keeping complements this. Financial

Our financial capacity has always been sound and this is regularly verified with favourable results when the necessary “checks and balances” are made, applicable to government agencies in particular. As Best Practice government contractors we are required to maintain a high level of financial security and transparency in order to keep our prequalification status. This is why we have been able to survive the past half-century's boom to bust economy and can expect to remain profitable well into the next half-century. It gives our clients much confidence to know that we maintain a conservative approach to the financial management of any project we undertake.

We Pay On Time

We are proud to declare our record of fulfilling our commitments when it comes to paying our subcontractors & suppliers for the services they provide. We support efforts made within the industry to guarantee payments to all subcontractors and suppliers engaged on construction projects. Almost all our payments are now processed by EFT (electronic funds transfer) payments so our creditors now don't need worry about the "cheque’s in the mail" line.
